At CWI, we use a NEW Technology called ISL Light to provide a service that allows our technicians to take remote control of your computer. This service allows us to identify problems and in many cases repair problems without you having to bring your computer to our office.

  This service is provided at a fee of $25.00 per 1/2 hour. If you already have open terms with CWI, we will send you an invoice for this service. If you have not established open terms with us, we will require that you provide your credit card information before we can begin remote support services.

  This system is safe and we will only be able to access your computer with your authorization.

  To begin a remote session you must first contact a CWI technician at 706-377-3311. He will instruct you to Click here for ISL Client. When prompted to do so you should click "RUN" and down load the client file.

  The technical will then provide you a code that will allow him to take control of your computer.

  You will be able then to talk to him on the phone and watch as he trouble shoots and repairs your problem. At the end of the session you will close us out and your computer will be in your control once again.
